This was my first time having nail extensions and they were done by Ellie, I love the result, they look gorgeous. The atmosphere was lovely, the girls are so friendly & chatty, I felt right at home. I will definitely be going back to have my nails done there in the future!
This place is absolutely AMAZING. All the staff are so nice and caring. Definitely reccomend all treatments at great prices.
Absolutely awful experience. The salon in Coleshill does not have any air conditioning and was using a small fan in the main reception and naiIs area and nothing in the treatment rooms on a day which was 30 degrees. I only had a half leg wax with Ellie and she managed to leave a total of 5 deep bruises, 2 of which were over 3 centimetres wide. This was as a result of her not performing the waxing technique correctly, by not pulling my skin taut and not ripping the wax strips off with sufficient force, making the experience more painful than it had to be. She did not even apologise, only telling me that the deep bruises would go down. 5 days later the bruises are still very visible. I rang the salon 3 days after my wax to inform them, where I was told very rudely by the assistant manager to put ice on it and was not given an apology or offered a discount or my money back. The salon have not provided me with a satisfactory response, and it is quite clear that they breached their duty of care to me and they may be doing the same to other customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and will not be returning myself.
