I visited Fitness Flavour a few times. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is emphasis on fresh and healthy foods that are filling and at a reasonable price. They have a good menu that meets my gym goals. Finally the most important to me is eating in a clean environment and focus on hygiene which is seen in the preparation and delivery.
Great service and great food
All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. They take great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. The also caters for all - providing meals for meat eaters and vegetarians! Customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!
