Was charged an additional 37.80 for fuel, considering I filled the tank and drove between 15-20 miles after, this is ridiculous. Plus from the start I was messed about as they provided me with a car, which then had to be swapped for a downgrade because they didnt realise I was under the age of 25, even though a driving license was presented. Very poor company.
Brilliant. Found me a 4x4 with towbar when away on holiday with the caravan. Really really helpful.
Awful customer service, staff are abrupt and rude. I had a non fault accident two weeks ago and since have had hire cars from both enterprise and VRG, enterprise are leaps and bounds better than these guys, much smoother process and the staff were very friendly and helpful. VRG staff don't seem to be very well trained at all, can't answer most of my questions!
Had a no fault claim and needed to get a courtesy car organised through Vehicle Replacement Group. They were to provide me with a car which was in the same replacement category as my own. I was offered a car 2 categories below. When I challenged this I was given blatantly wrong information by the assessor. It quickly disintegrated into an argument. The chap was not helpful at all. I went back to the insurance company...Admiral..who i can only describe as brilliant...they quickly took ownership of my complaint and went back to VRG and instructed them to provide me with the correct vehicle. VRG than called me back to arrange the correct car. I tried to suggest to this assessor that the previous person I had spoken to was giving out wrong information, she dismissed my concerns and was just robotic in her response. In conclusion I would not recommend VRG because the staff are poorly trained to understand that clients concerns need to be addressed in a conducive manner and the importance of a happily served customer.
From the first point of contact, these guys cared about people. They helped me in ways that Ill never be able to explain or repay while Im still a wounded soldier. What great people!!!
