Any good reviews are blatantly from their staff! Not proper engineers, highly inexperienced. Someone came to remove the box and now my car won't start! Its rediculous that they aren't sending someone out straight away to sort their mess. I will be missing work for 2 days. My new 7 month old car. Absolutely ridiculous I don't recommend them at all or wisedriving insurance for that matter as they use RS Connect. They need to train their staff properly.
Very poor service! No phone calls and nobody knows what is going on. Feel like I am being lied to. No engineer has ever call me to say they were lost.
From booking the appointment on the app to the engineer fitting the box, everything ran smoothly. The guy who fitted my box was super friendly and made me feel at ease with my new car as I was a bit worried beforehand

Booking was straight forward and for a day that suited me best. Engineer was really friendly and explained everything that he would be doing. Fitted the box and dash cam into my vehicle and even fixed a problem with my glove box. Would definitely recommend.
