Been for tooth out today and it was the best dental experience ive ever had and would reccomend to anyone
I used Duncan mcnut a few years back when i need some work done urgent. But he was up the road from coleshil dental clinic then. Had the work done and agreed to pay half straight away then half the following week. Which I did paying by cash to the young girl at the desk the following week. A few years later i called coleshil dental clinic after I was in pain again. I arrived the next morning in serious pain. To be told I have an large bill outstanding. I said that iv only had check ups or minor work done so this must be wrong. Then they said I had the work done privately and Duncan and hadn't been paid and he refused to done any work until said money was paid. In so much pain I had to leave as i only had the money to get the work done that I required. His attitude was unbelievable and made me feeling like a criminal. It wasn't until I had the work done later that day at Scott arm dental practice that I could remember as clear as day. I will never use him again the man is scum. Only interested in your money.
Very disappointed at the attitude of the staff. Tried to make an appointment , having been registered with the dentist for a number of years. Was told that as I hadn't been there for 3 years that it would be up to the dentist whether or not he saw me! I simply said that my teeth had been in good order, so I didn't want to waste the dentist's time, seeing him for no reason. She replied that they expected an annual examination whether it was needed or not! I assume that's how they may their money!
