Phoned 6 times at different times of the day and engaged every time , next day phone twice at different times and phone just rang out with no answer, no wonder this practice has such a low rating. Hurray got through after just letting the phone keep ringing out only to be told no appointments today available , can't book for tomorrow have to ring again tomorrow ! ( no thank you) think i'll try to find a better practice.
Impossible to get though for appointment. On the 8th they had Dr Locum no name on the board. He had no intention of making any examination just wanted to get me out the door !
4 weeks for appointment.... really?, called asked for doctor to call back after 2pm as was at work, doctor called at 11 o'clock so missed consultation, these used to be a good practice but lately are terrible

I have had to use hazelwood practice a lot lately, and have to say how pleasant and efficient it is, from the receptionists , primary care workers, nurses and doctors ......., I feel privileged to live in coleshill ............., and have such a good team of people to make life healthier and happier for me, they are all under great pressure and stress , yet maintain a pleasant manner and professionalism , It is not just about a salary , you have to be a special person to be part of this vocation , I am truly very grateful to all ,....... and thank you , it is appreciated , good luck and good health to you all , regards and respect .
