Hi I've just make purchase of 18 boxes of laminate flooring for my over 80 yr old father over 500 from uk flooring direct the customer service lady was very helpful as you only do kerb service My father lives on old people complex and could not possibly get 18 pks of wood up to his ground floor flat she asked your company if they could store it by his door roughly 80yrds inside complex and your company replied NO!!I'm appalled we are paying for delivery Very shocked your 2 delivery people cannot do this ....stunned
