Very poor service ,staff changed with poor attitude and Disgraceful customer Service .Sent item Special Delivery Saying Guaranteed Next day 1pm and still not received after online checking .Stephanie was most Arrogant and rude at which point i terminated the call around 2.50pm on Monday 31st July .Also i personally Went in a spoke to the so called ! branch manger Joe Tew who simply said when you send an item special delivery noting we can do to check and raised hands in air .Handed me a claim form without even checking ,so hence i made a formal investigation and complaint to Post office HEAD OFFICE .No customer service skills and totally unprofessional .To this end IS THE POST OFFICE RESPONSIBILITY WE PAID OVER 6.25 EACH TO SENT IMPORTANT LETTER AND DOCUMENT SO YOU COULD AT LEAST CHECK THE SYSTEM IN PARTICULAR WHEN YOU WERE CLEARLY TOLD THE TRACKING INFO I RECEIVED ONLINE.I would definitely not recommend or be using there so called services in future regards Shaun.
