A good selection of free weights and bumper plates. There's a power rack, a squat rack and some squat stands, as well as benches. I think the focus is on bodybuilding, as opposed to strength training, but nonetheless, there's everything a powerlifter needs. Most of the members seem to use the machines: I never had to wait to squat or deadlift. Staff seemed friendly and the day/week passes are very reasonable.
