This gym is not keep clean and tidy. Nobody cares about outing weight back. Gym stuff is not bothered about that. The quality has gone down so I just use this gym really have to. Rather travel to Maypole or cc.
Always clean, toilets and shower facilities are good, great classes, lots of equipment and brilliant variety. Staff are excellent and always very friendly. Ladies only section is a plus.
Visited this pure gym while I was away for work purposes as I am based in London.However even though I always say it's a pure gym so it pretty much does what it says on the tin, even though I can understand we pay much more due to being in London but it's to much cheaper down here however the selection of this location is very poor as it's very unorthodox and equipment is spread out very poorly as for some reason it seems like the structure of the room is more like a sort of lecture room or office floor.But I feel management can do so much more with the space provided, but considering all that it pretty much has everything you need to get a good little workout in

Great place to workout. Members and staff are easy to get along with (with the exception of one)... only problem is that you are not allowed to things like having friendly spars in the studio. Also for the amount people that attend there isn't enough equipment to cater for them
