Lovely hotel with secure parking. Ideal for the NEC. very clean and warm with quaint rooms. High quality food and very helpful and polite staff. Would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The Manager Hilary and her team were amazing on Saturday and made my 60th Birthday celebrations all the more special. From their warm welcome to all the guests on arrival, to the waiting staff serving the delicious buffet and last but not least Lianne and Ken who serviced the bar. The room was beautiful and held my 80+ guests really comfortably. The resident DJ was fab and soon had my guests up dancing the calories off as the buffet food was great quality, with plenty of choice and plentiful. A number of us checked in for the night and enjoyed a much needed full English after the night before. Thank you all so much for making my evening truly special. Helen Jones xx
