Stayed here whilst visiting friends. Set back off a very busy road. A lovely property but very tired decor and bathrooms etc could do with updating. New showers, tiles, flooring. The owner made us a large full breakfast which was excellent and the place overall was very clean. The price we paid was reasonable and the breakfast was included

Nice little B&B, a little tired in places but not to the point it would put me off staying again. Quick and easy to get to and from the NEC. For the price well worth staying at.
Very homely and inviting. Lisa is lovely and cooks an amazing full English
