Fantastic customer service! My husband had an accident at the weekend which means he is having to move around on crutches and using a wheelchair. I phoned to ask the hotel if they could move us to a ground floor room and they were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean, warm and well equipped. Thank You to everyone at The Coach Hotel! Would definitely recommend.
Great place brilliant atmosphere but dont park your car in car park retards who cannot drive scratched my car and didnt tell anyone
Booked this hotel just for a cheap basic room. Had low expectations. Very surprised as the room is great, nice and clean, modern decor. Ideal stay for close to the NEC. Lack of biscuits in the room. Nothing to dunk in tetley tea!
We were attending a wedding and booked this hotel for two nights, what a mistake. I can say it is the worst hotel I have ever been in. To call it a hotel is an exaggeration it is a pub with letting rooms. There is no kitchen so there is no possibility of any meals. The room itself was clean and tidy and that's where it stops. To get to the bedroom you had to walk through the pub that's started servicing drinks at 10am and was usually full of undesirable people. The music is so loud there is no possibility of sleeping and the car park is locked a 8pm so the car needed to be parked elsewhere. Then get stopped by the bouncers on the door and questioned about entry. The bed was shaking with the noise I bought ear plugs but still couldn't sleep due to the vibrations and thud thud of the music, .If you are thinking of booking don't. go next door.where you have to go anywhere to eat.
The rooms are small. The TV didn't work. The decor is nice, but there was no loo paper, and only one downlight in the bathroom making it very dark - not good for shaving! Also tiny basin. Not very impressed.
